I would highly encourage anyone seeking a professional accountant to look elsewhere. My spouse and I have used Pam for three tax years to help us complete and file our taxes. The first two years were fine, we had no complaints, and she would respond to our questions. However, this most recent year she provided TERRIBLE service to us. I needed a status update and had to call every single day for a week and a half before I received a response (mind you this is after tax season). And, I suspect she accidentally answered the phone. This neglecting to answer her business phone during business hours occurred regularly. I literally had to drive to her office at one point to get an answer. What kind of service is that? Pam agreed to help us with an unusual tax issue and then would not follow through because she "wasn't looking forward to the conversation." If you something is out of your wheelhouse, just say that. Please don't agree to do it, then drag your feet because it's going to feel uncomfortable. For me, spending my money at a business has a lot to do with customer service and honesty. Unfortunately, Pam fails at both and we will NEVER use her again!
