called Mark on Friday as my heat pump stopped working and had to use propane heater to keep house from freezing. Came by after work and fixed the problem explained care and feeding of heat pumps and furnace. He took his time and explained in terms I was able to understand, even though I am sure he would rather be home and relaxing. I now realize there is a lot to understanding a heating system. I highly recommend Mark and Pacific heating and cooling to anyone that needs help.BIll H

Pacific heating and cooling is the best, my AC has not been working properly for years. They came out on time as scheduled, quickly found the problem, a leak in the system, pressure tested, fixed leak, and got the unit working. Hasn't worked this good since I bought the house seven years ago, other company I called wanted to replace the whole system.
