Our simple taxes took over 7 weeks! Still not done btw. They do not use email, they do not have voicemail, they do not use docusign, this is the most geriatric place I have ever experienced in my life!!! Please close down as your doing nobody any favors! Turbo tax will be my go to from now on, I can't believe I have to pay them for this!!! What a huge hassle for our family, everybody we know has their return but us!
