We had a new HVAC system installed by Metal Masters this past August, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From the very first conversation through installation and well beyond, every team member has been incredibly trained, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and responsive. They were thoughtful before the install, meticulous during it, and just as attentive afterward — which meant everything to us, especially coming off the heels of a very poor experience with a different company in Klamath. Our install crew — Will, Adam, and Cade — were exceptional. They were friendly, respectful, and so comfortable to have on site that we actually looked forward to seeing them each day. We joked that they felt like extended family — more like nephews than contractors — and that kind of trust and ease is rare. Throughout the entire install, we felt confident and well cared for. And the system itself? Outstanding. Our Lennox system performs beautifully — whisper quiet, easy to operate, and we’re already seeing lower energy bills. It’s exactly what we hoped for and more.
