After booking the job, they came out the next work day for the installation. The installer completed the job quickly and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. An inspector came out a few days later to insure the work had been done properly.
Your Rep. Mike Schlottig went extremely out of his way to get me the best possible price on installation of the Leaf Filter system especially knowing I was recently widowed and living on a very tight budget. I will always be in debated to him and thank him for his generosity and kindness. Yes, he was very perfessional in all our dealings. I would also like to thank Dustin for his installation. Not only did he do a great job but he was fast, efficient and very friendly and easy to talk to. I had the Leaf Filter system installed on my house in September. Now that the rain is here I see a big leak on one of my gutters. Part of the contract was to seal all the gutters from leaking. I paid a good amount of money to have this done so of course I want it to work right. I called Roger in the Medford office 2 times, left a message cause they never answer the phone and never got a call back. I even called his cell number on the card, no answer there either. I tell ya, if I ran my business that way, I wouldn't have a business. I had to call the 800 number to get help. She scheduled an appt to repair, we'll see if they show up.
