Being disabled and with extremely limited mobility, bending, and holding certain positions for extended lengths of time, if even at all, is an issue for me. After clarifying this to the staff, they were able to accommodate them, allowing me to receive services. The technician was extremely helpful and understanding, going out of her way. It was very much appreciated and made all the difference. I will be scheduling repeat appointments in the future.
I love this place. I was asked prior to getting started my tolerance level. I am ticklish and if the pedicure is a little harder, I squirm and am jumpy. My tech, Josie, asked the level I’m comfortable with prior to getting started. She did EXACTLY as I asked. I never once jumped.
The entire staff was fantastic. They offered water, wine, anything we needed. The conversation flowed naturally. It was the best experience I have ever had in a nail salon.
Do yourself a favor and try them out. You wont be disappointed.
I treated my very pregnant daughter to a pedicure and we had a very nice experience. We had the Basic w/Gel and Parafin treatment I think that was 65.00 which was reasonable for the area, it was very comforting. The chairs are massage chairs and you are offered your choice of drink.
Both of the ladies were very kind and friendly.
The receptionist… not very friendly or welcoming but not necessarily rude just wouldn’t by my choice for the face of the business.
Cleanliness: They seemed to be very sanitary conscience.
