    The front office staff acts very entitled and stuck up. From making the appointment, coming in for the exam, and coming back to order frames, each time I was received with a different staff member with a bad attitude. They refused to adjust my glasses because they were from Warby Parker, even though I am a patient with Group Eyecare and was there to order a new pair which would have surely been $500. After refusing to adjust any glasses from Warby Parker she quickly changed her mind and said she would do it for $50 per pair.     Never in my LIFE have I experienced such compassion. Candice and Dr.oberly got me in next day when I lost vision in my eye. They got me referral where I needed to go and called just to see what the outcome was. They acualy care about YOU as a person. Thank you Candice and Dr.oberly

    I was very new in town and found a growth on my eye. I was able to get in within a day. Once I arrived, they were not able to find my appt., even though I had spoken to the receptionist who had given me directions, etc., so I knew I was in the right place. The optometrist heard me and even though it was lunch time, he took me in immediately, diagnosed the issue, and called in the Rx after figuring out what pharmacy was closest because I hadn't even been out enough to know. I was really impressed with him and his ability to diagnose and treat the issue. He was also very kind and helpful. I am now making my appt. for an annual exam.
