Office staff is courteous. My appointment with the doctor was on time. The doc was friendly, skilled and thorough. He found one suspicious spot which he took out for a biopsy (after numbing the area first). As mentioned, his staff phoned me in a week or so to say the spot was benign. The doc requested I return in six weeks to confirm the biopsy area had healed properly. I can recommend the medical office wholeheartedly!
My experience with Dr. Hsu is above board. He addressed my concerns and took steps towards getting answers. He always goes above and beyond to answer questions. Thankful that he is there.
Lynn is so sweet and very knowledgeable with laser treatments. She went above and beyond to remove a small blemish before she did what I came for. Can’t wait to see what VBeam does for my nose surgery scar. The first two treatments worked well and this hopefully will get the last of the scar. Just saw Dr. Kimes and have not had a more thorough annual skin exam. She is unbelievably sweet, kind and concerned.
