I’ve been seeing Dr Mike @nrf_doc for over the last 6 months for a multitude of reasons. Adjustments, nerve repair, fractured wrists, and as of a few days ago.... a torn calf muscle. Amongst other things, his knowledge in sports medicine and the human body alone blows my mind. AND he explains things in ways that actually make sense. He told me that my physiology has not caught up to my psychology, and my drive is outpacing. This is accurate. I push myself in all aspects, especially when it regards physical fitness. However, I still have so much to learn. 🥴 I am grateful that there are people in my corner who legit care about my well being. They’re not trying to push any other agendas or medicines, but actually providing care that sees results and knowledge so you understand the “why.” It’s like I learn something new every time I come in. Plus, the office staff is the sweetest. 🥰 I may be hobbling (or scooting around on a snazzy knee scooter 😂) for a few weeks, but I know that this is just a bump in the road. Once I recover, I’ll come back stronger and that will all be thanks to Dr Mike and his team at Crater Chiropractic. 💪🏻 I highly recommend. 🙌🏻🙌🏻
