Kayleen cut both of my son’s hair today and she did such an amazing job I was really impressed. She made both of them look so handsome and she was so kind my sons absolutely loved her and we will definitely be asking for her in the future.
We had a great first haircut experience. The stylist was great with the kids who were not the most cooperative. She was very patient and skilled despite them moving around constantly. They have lots of options to help keep the kids entertained. It was a fun touch to offer the first haircut certificate and of course the kids loved the balloons at the end.
Overall great experience with my five-year-old. The only constructive criticism I have is that I wish they had more girl oriented chairs. There were three boy themed chairs, and one girl chair. Unfortunately, a boy was using the pink jeep that my daughter had been eyeing the whole time. Even though he had finished his haircut, they had not had a chance to sanitize the jeep, so it was not an option for her, and I could see that she was disappointed. The staff were amazing though and we will be going back.
