The women's self defense class was amazing! I felt so empowered! I would recommend this class to anyone who is interested in feeling more confident in being able to defend themselves and enjoy working with amazing instructors.

Tonight was the first class of 6. It was fantastic to see all age groups in attendance. Mothers with daughters supporting each other...Wow, talk about a charged atmosphere. I watched while quite women took back their power...No matter who you are, this is a must take class that will leave you with the confidence that you could protect yourself if you had to. Get in line for the next one, you'll love it.

Love everything about this class!!! I have only been through one class, and CANT wait for the next one!! The instructor(s), intent, passion and the confidence building that has already begun is incredible!!

Our classes are lead by award winning instructors in both the National Blackbelt League and the United Fighting Arts Federation. Building champions in martial arts and in life since 1975 - we are Medford's oldest and most prestigious martial arts school. We are a third generation school under the ownership Riley Hackett successor to international fighting champion, Chip Wright. We believe in creating a community that promotes the growth of every student in our school. We teach Chun Kuk Do aka "The Chuck Norris System", Krav Maga, and Jiu Jitsu.
