We typically do not write reviews but we wanted to share our outstanding experience we had visiting this store on Saturday morning. My husband and I had driven a couple of hours to get to Medford to shop for granite. Seneca greeted us and was just phenomenal in everyway imaginable throughout our time in the store. She was sooo gracious, understanding, knowledgeable, provided incredible guidance, and was so patient. She made the daunting-to-us project of selecting granite sooo doable. Shawette, spent over6 hours with us helping to coordinate our countertops and tile. Wow, she knows her stuff and is very kind and knowledgeable. She listened to both my husband and I and I cannot wait to see he finished work. Awesome place to Shop!
We purchased our kitchen and bathroom counter slabs here. There is a wide variety of stones to choose from. We also purchased our bathroom tiles here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The branch manager, Shawnette, has made the experience smooth. She takes time to learn your preferences and is able to give options within that design DNA.
