Clearly exercised understanding of jammed pin-cage. Was able to stabilize the door handle effectively and put it back. Opens and closes correctly. Kind enough to recycle some of my stored parts for further use. Excellent customer service.

I gave someone a ride home and locked us both out along with his groceries!! I called Bear Creek Lock and Tysen showed up 10 minutes later and had my car unlocked in 5 minutes. Really nice guy and very efficient. Exactly who you need when locked out.
