They made me wait like 9 hours to be seen. Nobody was even there. They see it like if you aren't bleeding everywhere you shouldn't be there. They don't like providing care to people unless your bleeding everywhere or dying.
The nursing staff is caring and friendly, but there is a discharge planner that tries to shame you into doing things her way. She wanted to see where the town was where we lived. Instead of just going to Google, she went on Zillow to find out how much our property was worth. She went on to tell me that I cared more about my property than I did my wife because we didn't want to do things her way.
This woman has no business working with the public.
The ER Team on 05/03 was amazing with treating my little one. The Pediatric Team was absolutely amazing aswell once they moved us into their unit till 05/04. I genuinely just wanted to recognize how calm and collected, and helpful the Pediatric Team was. Dr. Mishra was very kind and of course knowledgeable, he kept me calm and just reassured me. The team of Nurses, and CNA’s were amazing aswell. Huge shout out to this hospital and their pediatric team.
