This company is terrible. The service is inept, they bill for things they don't provide, customer service is a joke and doesn't do much of anything. Managers won't return phone calls. They aren't concerned about customers one bit, the company is only concerned with metrics and are a perfect example of the flaws in our healthcare system. I had to spend a night in the hospital and was billed for it because they didn't follow through on their guarantee to get medical equipment replaced in 4 hrs. Now I get texts every month over a bill I've attempted to dispute multiple times and am never given a manager to speak with. The Medford office is terrible , coustmer service is not good at all they never follow through and never call you back they don't care about your health and you just get the run around

Very happy with Apria in Medford Oregon. They processed my order quickly. A different CPAP arrived then the one I requested. They exchanged it for the CPAP I wanted. Eric sat down with me and explained how to use it and answered all my questions. I'm very pleased and feeling great using the new CPAP. Thank you!
