Scheduled a house cleaning with Christina and on the day she was supposed to come at 2:00 she didn't show up. At 2:15 I called her and left a message asking her to let me know when she would be here. At 2:40 I called and told her not to bother coming and that I would consider it a "no call, no show". She really left me in a big bind not showing up!
Totally unreliable. I tried to schedule a cleaning before putting my house on the market - she got the date wrong, but i figured that was an honest mistake because she had good reviews . So we rescheduled, no big deal. 45 minutes after she was supposed to arrive, there was no communication. I messaged her and got an immediate reply with a lame excuse about car trouble
Requested a quote 2 weeks ago and set up a date to come out and no one ever showed up! Absolutely horrible communication! Would email and get nothing for days. Would end up emailing several times before getting a 5 word response. I would not recommend wasting your time trying to contact, even for a quote.
