My husband went to another place in town before this and ended up walking out because the woman who worked the front desk was SO rude. He found this place and was happy to pay a little more because the people working the front desk and the dr were helpful and patient.

As a new client at Advanced Vision, I was unsure what to expect and I was nervous but was put immediately at ease by the professional manner of the intake staff. There are health procedures in place to ensure the safety of both staff and patients but it was handled briefly and I was seen immediately. Dr Starchvich was easy to talk to and met my uneasy humor in kind and I felt immediately comfortable. It was a thorough examination but not overly long. I enjoyed the time given to select my frames and the glasses arrived in a very short time, delivered to me in my car. AVWC accepts Lions Club Vouchers which is extremely kind. Highly recommend.

Well bought my glaasrs at a different store my place burned down in Phoenix Linda the woman that helped me with some new arms for my glasses because they had broken off mine . She took my glasses from some other place and found me arms . I thought I was screwed but she came thru fo me. And didn't charge me . I will definitely be purchasing my new glasses fro. Advanced vision wellness. Thank you Linda you are a life saver.
