The caregiver is great but one of the lady's named Pam was not only rude to me when I asked if they can send a replacement next time our caregiver calls in and she got rude and hung up on me

Very very disappointed with this home care facility (Addus) My mom was released from rehab and Addus was suppose to arrange for a caregiver to be there. No body showed up nor did they even call. My mom had to call them to find out what was going on. Oh, well we don't have anyone we can send, at least not today they said. Really????? Do you think they could have shared that info before hand. And what about the next day??? Again didn't bother to send anyone. So very unprofessional in my opinion. They could have at least scheduled someone for a couple of hours or for heaven sakes at least called my mom or myself and let us know that no one would be there. I'm done......read full review

This is not a good place for a person who really needs help the office seems nice but they really are false people . They don't really care about their clients needs they put their personal ones before theirs what I mean is they play games and lie to their clients who are already sick and need help . We come in trusting that they will be truthful and find out they are just using us for a payment and that our needs don't matter I could say more like some of the help they send out is useless but mostly it's the people in the office.
