Wow... this guy knows his stuff. He doesn't subscribe to the fearmongering that a lot of the remediation guys do. If you have a problem he will let you know... If you don't, even if it means that he will not get the job, he will be honest and tell you like it is.
I, unfortunately, have had to use ACE a number of times in the last few years due to faulty work by the contractor who built my house. Joe Sells is a true professional with an excellent knowledge base. He is prompt, kind, and always able to explain things in depth.
