This is the place to go for a hot tub in the rouge valley. The whole team was super helpful and patient with me. I visited the store several times and ended up special ordering a bullfrog r6l and I love it, I have spend my whole adult life buying everything used and repairing everything myself and accent spas have me all the education I needed to make the purchase that made the most sense for me and my family. I highly recommend them. Big thanks to Jennell and the whole team.

They moved on me. Just a couple of blocks south but I was in a panic to get my chemicals for my hot tub. Cause it's cool enough at nights now to splash around in the tub outside. Had all my chemicals at a good price helpful information too.

i have been here twice- both times the staff were kind, helpful and in good spirits. these days when so many people are stressed out and not being kind or nice- i make sure to take extra time to write great reviews for people/businesses who maintain their kindness and humanity. if we were not leaving the state i would be buying my hot tub here for sure! great people, great customer service and a super cute doggie named koa :)
