I was with a Tax Preparer since 2004. She was a super professional service with a very fair annual rate. Due to her health she sold her Business to retire in 2019. AG Tax purchased the existing accounts, and agreed to maintain the same annual rate I had been paying. Here we are on year 3 and Andy raised her charges to double the original agreed charge. There was really no explanation for doubling my costs, I had no warning of the increase until the information was with Andy for over one month. This put me in a situation to guess what I owed IRS and file for an extension. This I never have done ever!!!! I've been filing Taxes since 1977 This Business is making poor choices regarding keeping long term Business Relationships.
