She don't know how. It literally broke while I was sleeping. I took it back to her and she gave me a new one and put it in for free. It took like 5 minutes at the most. It was so quick and easy. And she was so nice! I would highly recommend her for piercings and piercing rings of different kinds. It's a heart.“
