I wish I could remember the women's name who did my hair she has shoulder length blond wavy ish hair but she was incredible very polite and talkative (I personally have a hard time being talkative but she was great to talk with) she was very nice when I mentioned I've never been able to find somone who can cut my hair right. And SHE DID!!!! she listened to everything i said and got my hair exactly how I wanted it she's only been in town I think just under 2 or 3 months I believe I will absolutely for sure be going back and if I can request her again I will she's by far my favorite hair dresser. Great atmosphere and "staff.One item I don't like is I can not make an appointment. When I'm there, at 10:00am, others come in, and stylest say, "oh come on back" seems as if they know them. My understanding is you don't check in until about 10 minutes after you open. So how could these people have already had a appointment /checked in online? It seems you could make accommodations for regulars to check in.?I like to plan my days, so I would really appreciate having appointments so I know when I'm supposed to be there.
After a wild goose chase around town trying to get a walk-in haircut for my three-year-old, we came here and got on the waitlist. It was a long wait, about 2 and a half hours, which was to be expected. Unfortunately I can't remember the stylists's name (a brunette with lip and nose piercings who said she had 5 kids at home) but she did a FANTASTIC job and was very patient and sweet. My boy looks super handsome now! I'll definitely stop by when it's time to get him another cut!
