I've always had great customer service here, and prices, as far back as 20ish years ago when I bought my first system from them. I've had my mind (and probably eardrums?) blown from some impressive cars in the parking lot, plus I've learned a ton from the staff. Thank you guys!

Installer was a nice guy, but the guy I dealt with to purchase my sub didn't order my speaker when he said he would, then lied to me about the reason why. I was told because he needed me to choose a color for the grill, but they don't come with grills. Prices are a bit more than average and they charged for shipping the sub. I've never had a place charge for shipping in 35 years of buying stereo equipment.
