We just finished our build in Neskowin with Mike Riddle Construction. This is our fourth house build, and Mike and his crew far exceeded anything we've experienced in the past. Mike and crew were honest, on budget, and had great communication throughout our project. Mike was always responsive to us, seeking to provide the best service he could, always.Mike has established a great relationship with all the trades that work for him and it showed on the job-site. They were all very respectful, kind and worked hard. AND they always spoke very highly of Mike. Huge shout out to Casey, Joseph and Paul, who saw us through to the finish line. Mike Riddle construction was the most professional and transparent company that I have ever encountered in my 20 years as a home owner. He is the first contractor to provide me a transparent budget with an itemized bid, and communicated with me on how to achieve the overall end-state within my budget. Due to life circumstances, we did not start the remodel, however, I created a google email account for this one review, as I believe in integrity and company values, and you will not be disappointed with Mike and his company. We bought a newly constructed Mike Riddle house that was on the tour of homes and we couldn’t be happier with the design, quality workmanship & attention to detail that went into the building of the house. I know Mike’s team was under the gun to complete the home in time for the tour but the end result was excellent. The followup to several minor items after we moved into the home were also handled with professionalism, quality, and communication. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike Riddle Construction. We are very happy with our new home
