“I recently worked with MCK on my property in Eugene. Mark does all the work and does a great job. He communicates throughout the process and is helpful in explaining the schedule and scope of work. Mark called me several times during the repair to check-in and make sure I was clear on the timeline and end result. His wife handles all of the accounting for MCK. Proposals are paid 1/2 upfront before the work begins (standard procedure). I had three invoices as the job changed and grew. All three invoices were paid half in advance. I paid two invoices in full and still owed the second half of the last invoice. The invoice was dated April 1, and she put a lien on my property April 5 (not kidding). Please be aware when working with MCK that Mark will do an amazing job and paying the invoices at project completion is mandatory.“
