Jim Davis, Central Coast Builders, Inc. is, and has been one of the best contractors that our company works with. We have worked with them since 2005 on well over 40 residential and commercial projects. We have experienced very clear and well-defined parameters on all his projects, and he is very easy to contact if questions or changes occur. Jim Davis has always represented himself ethically with us and has always fulfilled financial obligations (usually ahead of time). I recommend Jim Davis and his company to my friends and customers that want an honest and reputable contractor.

I couldn't have found a better contractor to work with. Jim Davis gave personal attention to the build of our home and it shows. We have a beautiful home with many special touches that we chose to add based on Jim's advise and expertise from building homes for so long. Construction was high quality but kept within our budget. Jim ensured his subs did quality work, too, and at the least sign of an issue, he was all over it and made sure the customer came first. Jim was flexible with changes and really listened to our concerns to make sure we were 100% happy with everything. We came away from this with not only a wonderful home but a new friend.
