Wasn’t a terrible experience, but I would probably not bring my children back again. I threw my daughter, a princess party, not my favorite theme, but this is what she wanted. I paid full price for three kid pedicures, yet they all three had different experiences-one of the kids had a full on massage, cleaning, shaping, painting, everything that I paid for fulfilled. The other two were cut short. I felt like the gentleman doing the other two’s nails knew he was cutting them short, but assumed no one would notice. My daughter is extremely observant, and it was her birthday., and she noticed. When we left, she asked why she was not treated the same. Just disappointing...read full review
While on vacation I took my 90 year old grandmother here and was truly impressed, so was she! The service was outstanding and meticulous! Wow! Laser focused! Grandma was excited to get her toes and nails done!We'll bring her back again!I really appreciate the kindness and consideration I observerd. They were welcoming and knew many customers by their first name.Greatful they were staffed appropriately to accept grandma as a walk in without hesitantation even though they were busy.
I ended up getting nicked twice during my acrylic appointment. Many of my nails also lean to the left for some reason.My cuticles were not pushed back at any point, instead just dremeled off.The color is beautiful, just not really happy with much else, especially considering I was charged 81 for medium/short nails with just a single color ombre.
