From the start I received great service. Phone calls and emails were returned when they said they would be. The job cost what I was told, and was completed in the time frame I was given. The crew showed up at the time we agreed upon. Our floors look amazing. Hands down the best customer service from beginning to end that we have experienced in years.

Couldn’t be happier! We were new to the area and had just purchased a home that needed flooring. We were told Premier was a great company and we couldn’t agree more. Very helpful in choosing a floor that would be best for us and look great but also got us in touch with a great contractor to take care of some of the prep work before install.
