A million thanks to Alan who stayed after hours to repair a trailer tire that went flat on our hunting trip. We have been Les Schwab customers for over 50 years and it’s folks like Alan who keep us coming back. Thanks, again!
It is one thing to get good Customer Service, quite another to get shockingly amazing Customer Service!! Let me explain. We were passing thru Lakeview, OR. Got a screw in a tire on a Sunday afternoon. Took the tire to Les Schwab in Lakeview Monday morning. As I walked towards the showroom, a CSR/tire tech walked out to greet me, asked what I needed (tire repair), unloaded the tire and said they would get right on it. 45 min later, the tire was fixed and mounted. I went in the office to pay. How much did they charge you ask? Nothing!! Couldn't believe it!! Just stood there with my mouth open. So grateful. Les Schwabs feels like the business model everyone should follow. We were on the last leg of our family vacation and woke up to a leaky tire with six hours of driving to go. Pulled in to be greeted by staff in the lot, checked in, sat with popcorn and TV while they pulled a screw out, patched and filled the tire, at no charge. Made a very stressful moment feel like a gift of humanity. Thank you.
