I went in to see about getting an appointment for nails. I was informed by a rude stylist that Heidi is booked out for a couple weeks. After standing there waiting for Heidi and the stylist yelling her name, she appeared and asked me what I wanted. Well, I wanted to book an appointment but when I told her I had dip on my nails currently, she rudely snapped "I don't do dip!"and she walked off. Okay? Maybe I still would have liked to book an appointment to get them taken care of.

It's sad to see what Lakeview has become. I was bred, born and raised here, but if this is how people are treated in a daily or people who aren't from here, then shame on you.

I hate going to new hair dressers because my hair is a beast but this was a great experience. Theresa fit me in super short notice for a big dye job. I really appreciated that. She was a blast to talk to and I thoroughly enjoyed my cut here. Will definitely be going back.
