I switched to Westlake recently and I’m so glad I did! It’s a quiet office and they aren’t pushy about extra services like some places. All the staff are friendly and professional. If you’re looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend them!
Wow! I don’t really like going to the dentist, but this office makes it as easy as can be. The Dentist is not only very capable; he’s a good listener and communicator. The staff in the office are not just personable, they are also well informed and most notably they work as a cohesive team. There is obvious respect between everyone on the team and they extend that respect to their patients. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing dental care.
I just finished a conversation and coordination with the greatest, most helpful, and customer-care oriented professional, dare I write it, ON EARTH! Madison, was so kind, patient, and a true subject matter expert in her field. She anticipated the needs I brought to the conversation and provided solid and well-thought- out solutions for each of them. She truly left no stone unturned to ensure I had all of the information necessary to make relevant decisions about upcoming dental care. Madison represents the pinnacle of excellence, and I wish more representatives were like her, as this would make reaching out for assistance a joy.
