Based on the other reviews you could say I took a risk and I’m glad I did. I hired Mark last October to do an easy modification. It is clear when communicating with him that he has a full schedule. And I’m ok with that and it’s something you have to understand and respect. I’m not sure the other reviewers understand that.
The job he did in October went well and I hired him again recently for another small job. He did everything he could to service me just hours before catching a flight to go on vacation. This was after he finished up a job at an apartment complex that had 30 units without water. That goes along way with me and I’ll be calling on him again.

They were fast in responding to my request for help, same day even. The plumber was polite and friendly. He stuck to the price quote. And preformed the service correctly. I tried to get other Plumbing businesses to work for me but they could not schedule my request till the middle of next month or did not answer their phone? Unlike Top Notch Plumbing who were excellent.

Mark came out quickly as I had a DIY failure. He was careful to be sure he had the appropriate parts before arriving and installed my new shower fixtures. He's very knowledgeable and had it done quickly. Very reasonable rates.Service: Shower repair
