I had multiple ear operations as a kid, being left with half a shaved head each time, so I could never grow my hair long. Next was my teenage daughter, and her request for "curtain bangs." She too has wavy hair, so I wasn't sure how close we'd get to her pinned inspiration, but I have NEVER seen my daughter smile the way she did when Marcy spun her around for "the big reveal."
