Upon first walking in, I immediately felt at ease. I was greeted genuine care and smiles from all the stylists. The stylists were able to fix a hair color that went bad from a different salon, working tighter with the other stylists to ensure they utilize the perfect blend of products to regain the little health I had left in my hair. The aesthetician is amazing. Very gentle, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to understand your skin type before immediately providing treatment. Everyone there has years of experience and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I have received there. Not only is Paradigm in a great location with boutiques and restaurants near by, but the salon itself is clean, has basic refreshments (that are offered immediately), not too crowded with multiple other stylist's chairs and equipment, and has great lighting and ambiance to allow for a relaxing experience.

I have been going to Paradigm for my hair care and skin care since it opened and I have known the owners for many years before that. Marie and Cheryl are creative and talented stylists, always current with the new trends and skilled (and honest) about what will work for me. Daniela is also great at taming my unruly brows! Altogether I recommend this salon very highly as a peaceful and fun place to spend a little time on yourself!
