I am 82 years ago and I worked with a trainer years ago. I am visiting my daughter for a month and she suggested I see if Matt would have space for me while I was in town. I am astonished to say that even with five sessions, my balance has improved, my knees feel stronger, and I feel invigorated. Thanks Matt. 10 stars!

My goal for working with Matt was increased flexibility and strength. With his support, I'm reaching those goals and exceeding what I expected. Matt understands how the human body works better than any physical therapist I've worked with, and tailors his workouts to your needs and abilities. That's important at 90! He pushes—oh, so gently. Never too much. He's a cheerleader in the best possible sense. With once a week sessions in Lake Oswego, my husband and I are improving our stamina and confidence in living the years in which it's so tempting just to sit around.

I began working out with Matt a year ago. I am 84 years old.I spent most of my life with ample access to out-of-doors in SE Alaska as a whale researcher, living aboard a boat and then later in Canada where I hand-logged year round to heat a large home - I have led a physically-demanding life.As life has it, I went through a series of dramatic changes in the last decade, some internally and some externally - from hernias to worn-out joints.
