I highly recommend the metabolic testing this clinic offers. I did the VO2max and resting metabolic test about 6 weeks ago along with a consultation with their metabolic experts. They gave me a personalized nutrition, supplement and exercise plan to follow and it has helped me lose 13lbs in 6 weeks so far! I didn't expect such quick results because a lot of other things I have tried to improve my health have failed. I am interested in seeing what the results are when I retest in a couple months.
Dr. Vira is one of the best naturopaths I’ve ever seen. I came in for several ozone injections, and she made the entire experience much easier with her calm, positive, and encouraging approach.
