I’ve used this cleaner for several years as they are conveniently located. Results have been mixed. They do a good job removing stains, but more delicate shirts like linen and poplin sometimes come back with creases that make them unwearable. They offered to redo, but it’s a quality control issue. Service is also inconsistent. It ranges from very good to abrasive depending on who’s working. I recently had an argument with a gentleman there over how to wash my clothes—a headache I don’t need from a place where I spend a fair amount of money.

We have gone to LO Cleaners (we call it Connie’s Place, sorry Eugene!) for 10+ years and always had fabulous service. Quick turn around when necessary, and they’ve even stayed open a little late in a pinch.
