Great communication. Had an urgent issue to fix during a major snowstorm so power could be reconnected. While they were unable to do the job, they communicated quickly via phone and text - even though they were closed! Kudos to them, they are now on my list to call next time I need an electrician.

Electricians Kevin and Daniel arrived on time, assessed the multiple jobs that needed to be done and completed the work in 1 day, even though the projected time line was 1 and half days. I appreciate the work and know that I will use them in the future and will be recommending them to others.

We used Garner electric through our home warranty. Initially, when we had a series of outlets stop working they put us on the calendar for two weeks out which wasn't ideal. However, when our electrical issue escalated to sparking from a junction box, it was a safety hazard and Garner came out same day within a few hours. The problem was more complicated than anyone anticipated. The technician stuck with it until he identified several problems all causing the issues and essentially ended up rewiring a large portion of our basement! We had just bought a newborn home the week before, and the fact that they made our home safe meant everything to us! I would give 10 stars if I could!!
