What a Thanksgiving gift!!! I needed accupuncture and advice about what stretches continue while I wait to begin a 'recovery' plan created for me by my local chiropractic firm. Chia understood the diagnosis, explained why my posture etc. needed correction until i begin some stretches on my 'plan.' Lastly, she gave me an effective accupuncture treatment. Wish I lived in her neighborhood :(
