We hired Brandon twice in the last year to help us get a house and a condo ready to sell. He listened to us concerning our desired outcome and our budget, gave valuable input and an accurate estimate of time and cost. In both cases he worked diligently to get the job done, with great attention to detail. He’s an excellent problem solver, and always tries to find the best way to fix or install something for the most attractive result. Repairs are not always as straightforward as we amateurs think, and we are so glad we hired Brandon rather than trying to do it ourselves! Some of the jobs he did for us were drywall repair, toilet, sink and faucet installation, installation of light fixtures and switches, baseboards, countertop and backsplash installation, garbage disposal and range hood installation, etc. Both of the properties he worked on sold quickly and for a great price.
