All I can say is wow ? I just had my first chiropractic adjustment at Lake O Asula with Dr. Cruz. I’ve literally never had my body adjust that well with anyone else and I’ve been seeing chiropractors for the last 25yrs. The included deep tissue massage before my adjustment released all the tension I hold in my upper back and neck since I’m a dental hygienist. Other chiropractors just don’t include the deep tissue massage that is needed for the body to relax and fully adjust. The added benefit of insurance billing is also a huge plus. This place is absolutely fabulous. They are warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is completely calm and lovely. Dr. Grant is literally a miracle worker. I have been struggling and in agony for months and months. He went right after it and after two visits I am already so much better. Cannot say enough about this place.

I have been working with the Lake O Asula center for the last 4 years. Thank heavens Dr. Shannon is in network! She worked with through my pregnancy and learning how to carry my ginormous child. I have chronic pain issues and she has been able to find a plan that really worked for me and my body. Basic experience: Fill Dr. Shannon in on your issue and she sets the plan for the visit. Then, get a 15 minute massage with one of the techs. Then Dr. Shannon comes in and completes the rest of the treatment. I am constantly shocked by how much they are able to accomplish in so little time. Seriously- without it, I would be not be a happy or functional human.
