Another year, another perfect checkup. ACGLO is hands down, the best vet in the entire metro area. I used to live right down the street, which was super convenient. But even after moving last year, I still drive back over to LO for every visit. They are worth the drive. Highly, highly recommend.
Animal Care Group has been exemplary in all of our interactions. All of the staff, from technicians and receptionist to the doctors, are always incredibly kind and patient. We've been clients for years and they have seen us through two new puppies as well as saying goodbye to two beloved pets. I love that the office is always willing to provide advice and has an "urgent care" drop-off system for critically ill animals- we've had to utilize this service a few times and it's such a relief knowing this support is available. Jiminy was brought in right on schedule and friendly tech weighed him. Dr. Greysi explained what she was doing and we discussed his urine smell. I felt she had a good knowledge of the situation, she suggested a test and it all turned out fine -- other than Jiminy needs to diet!
