I'm a real estate broker, licensed in the state of Oregon. I can't RAVE ENOUGH about Julie and the team. What a professional Crew. Twice in the last month I've needed a last minute engineers certification for a closing-- and Julie came to the rescue in a PINCH. Once the home was fine but one home needed structural work before it could Pass certification and the lender would fund. AAA Contracting was there the next day--- in a very busy market. They moved jobs around for us. Wow!! What could have delayed closing for weeks-- ended up not affecting a thing in the escrow timeline. My clients have all been ecstatic. When you recommend someone-- you trust them with your own reputation. That's huge. But I trust these folks over and over to give my clients the best service.
