Tami at StateFarm has been incredibly helpful. She is a master at her craft and will work with you to get a good result for all parties involved.She really helped me out with my insurance needs for both home and auto and I sincerely couldn't have had a better experience.
I have been struggling with communication between repair shops and the claims department. I called Brittany unsure if she could help but immediately after hearing my concerns she offered to call claims directly and get some answers I have been asking for. She really put my mind at ease. State Farm is a big company but it's really nice to have someone local for support!
Tess at Nate Conklin StateFarm was a Rockstar for us! We switched from another company and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a joy to speak with. Most of what we did was online and over the phone which was great as mine and her schedule conflicted sometimes. It was a painless process and Tess was a joy to be around!
