I have used the Halo Red therapy booth and have seen great results. It has both salt therapy and the red lights. Last week, I was having a fibromyalgia flare from overdoing it, I used it and immediately felt better after and the next day I was better, but still a bit tired, and on the second day I couldn't believe how much better my body felt. My pain was mostly gone, my breathing and allergy symptoms had cleared up. I felt more relaxed and slept better, as well. I am thankful my trusted friend who has had this business for 21 years has added these great services! I love having a drug free way to alleviate my pain, improve my mood and my overall health.
