Needed a cracked pipe at street repaired. John said we needed a new pipe all the way to the home (that is still in question as far as two other plumbers that were consulted), and contracted to have that done based on John's word. John then advised me he would recommend that we put in frost free valves. John never said it is optional, might be nice etc. He made it sound like we needed these "valves". Turns out they were water spickets, adding to cost and not needed as he could plainly see w already had two spickets coming out of the ground in other areas. First class!!! Not only is John one of the nicest people I've met he is also one of the hardest working individuals I've ever met!! From start to finish John kept me up to date on where we were in the process. He explained why and how he was doing what he was doing. He gave me a quote and stuck to it!! Iif you one a too notch plumber, call Alpha!! Thanks John!
