Update: Asking for an itemized list to see the reason she owes 24,000.00 they will not give it to her. The lady at this place must be the receptionist she called my mom and told her she has been messaging her which is a lie. Also called her 30 mins after i posted this saying they weren't done and that I need to remove this post. They havent been there for a week plus my mom keeps messaging and calling asking for them to come and fix there mistakes she keeps saying they will send someone out here. I find this completely ridiculous a company asking my mom to take down a post when they didn't do a good job. Also they are saying the Facia board was ordered then why come out here yesterday and measure. I feel that this company dropped the ball on this maybe the owner should have been there to look at what his employees did. Having nails sticking out of the roof like the ones in the pictures isn't good. How many years will this roof last plus seeing what they have already done are the just going to hang that Facia board up on all those broken pieces. 24,000.00 if you want the review done do 24,000.00 work. You can see from the pictures it's going to leak and they should have done better. Added new pics of them saying they fixed some stuff. My mom had this company come out to do her roof. They blocked her from her and in her driveway with all the equipment. She had Facia board up they took it never replaced it. Left nails everywhere she had to call them to come pick up nails. She also called about nails that show under the eves and still nobody has come out to fix it. There are pieces of roof all over her yard broken boards all over. She was quoted 10,000.00 by the time they were done the bill was 24,000.00 plus they broke her water heater for 3 days she had no water plus she had to fix the water heater and they took 300.00 off her bill from the inconvenience that she had no hot water. There were and still screws in her stationary air conditioner because they just throw nails everywhere. Don't use this company they keep saying they will be out there, but he keeps sending his brother, and he won't come back. This is very sad.
