This gym is great! It's a huge facility with multiple rooms for working out! Clean and 24/7, you can't beat that! Good selection of equipment and a sauna for each male and females! Planet fitness has nothing on this gym. The owner is super friendly and helpful!
This is a fantastic gym! Great range of equipment and interesting rotation of classes. There's a full fleet of concept 2 rowers and a full CrossFit/ high intensity section. And can we talk about the sauna?! Traditional dry heat Finnish sauna (they are in the locker rooms, I really appreciate that they aren't co ed) and you get 24/7 access to the facilities (though the sauna is only operated when staff is on shift). The owner is so nice and staff is always so helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend national fitness is an amazing place to be especially for Bizzy parent that need an hour or so to work out and there is childcare available. They have an amazing team members who are all ways will to help
