Modoc Contracting did an inside and outside remodel of a house for us. it was completed in June 2020. the fit and quality of the work is impeccable!! this job included every aspect you could think of. Our house was in horrible condition when work began, at the end the result was hard to believe. I am in awe of how it turned out!! I would like to Thank all of the people that played a role in building my house, you guys exceeded my every expectation!!!
